1. Download the VuMedi app from the app store

2. Open the app and log in. Don’t have your own account? Use the ISHA member credentials:

3. Navigate to “Channels”, click the down arrow in the top right corner to select “Societies”, then look for ISHA – The Hip Preservation Society

4. Use the dropdown arrow to select content by session or type
