The Alte Kongresshalle in Munich, Germany was host to ISHA’s Annual Scientific Meeting in 2013. The programme on offer, put together by Programme Chair Marc Safran and Congress Chair Michael Dienst, ranged from symposia, lectures and paper presentations, to live arthroscopies, cadaver surgical demonstrations and instructional courses, to ePosters and – new for 2013 – ePoster awards. Delegates were additionally treated to a lecture from Presidential Guest Speaker Professor Reinhold Ganz – a revolutionary in the field of hip surgery.
